By submitting a film you agree to the Terms of Service:
The #IndieMM Distribution Project is hereby granted the right to utilize any film and/or video submitted for promotional purposes and on our web sites and on the web sites of our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates.
The #IndieMM Distribution Project is hereby granted the right to add the information including Withoutabox data to our marketing data to be shared with our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates for use in film, tv, radio, online/internet, web sites, and print, without limit.
The #IndieMM Distribution Project is hereby granted the right to rebroadcast any film and/or video submitted, without limit.
The #IndieMM Distribution Project and The #IndieMM Distribution Project partners, sponsors, friends, and associates are are hereby granted the right to contact the individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the film and/or video via email, sms, text message, instant message, telephone, in person, via post, or via any other method of communication, without limit.
The individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the film and/or video hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless The #IndieMM Distribution Project from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
The #IndieMM Distribution Project partners, sponsors, friends, and associates include, but are not limited to, MindFill Entertainment, FlashYourShorts.com, and Cinema Verde Productions. The list of The #IndieMM Distribution Project l partners, sponsors, friends, and associates is subject to change frequently without notice.
If your film is selected your film may be eligible for multiple screenings throughout the world, if your film does screen at other venues you will be notified via email.
Despite there is a small submission fee, if your film is selected for the screening you will receive a % (15% for short, and 40% for feature) of the profits. Most screenings will be lined up like a concert. The opening act will be 2 short films and the main attraction will be a long form film.
